New features

  • Databricks collector:
    • Added support for Lakeflow pipeline harvesting, expanding metadata coverage for Databricks data orchestration.
    • The collector now harvests metric view dimension and measure columns, providing complete metric metadata capture.
  • ServiceNow collector: The collector now harvests data lineage from ServiceNow's native Import Set Transform Map framework
  • Salesforce collector: Added support for Auth Authorization Code flow with refresh-token storage, providing an alternative to username/password authentication. Users can now authenticate via long-lived refresh tokens obtained through the OAuth consent flow without storing Salesforce credentials directly.

Bug fixes

  • Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Denodo, Dremio, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata, MySQL, Db2, Netezza, SQL Server, SAP HANA, Hive, Azure Data Factory, and Fivetran collectors: Fixed invalid IRIs in jdbcUrl values, which caused collection failures and prevented catalog population in data.world.
  • Snowflake collector: Upgraded JDBC driver from 3.28.0 to 4.1.0, fixing incorrect metadata reporting for expression-based columns (such as computed facts), which previously caused errors in third-party tools consuming Snowflake metadata.
